If you’re looking for a healthy spot that doesn’t compromise on taste, Uptown Nutrition Cafe is a must-visit! Their protein shakes are absolutely delicious, and the protein waffles are some of the best I’ve ever had—healthy, filling, and packed with flavor. What really makes this place stand out is the owner. They are incredibly welcoming, friendly, and genuinely care about every customer who walks through the door. Gracie, the owner took care of my friend and I today. The food was fantastic! Love a good croissant but also for a mango & pineapple protein shake. My friend and I tried the protein so it’s, topped with sprinkles and Nutella. It was all so yummy. 10/10 recommend. We’ll be back soon 😊

not from Deerfield, but visiting family here and decided to try this spot on a whim. I ordered the açai smoothie and my cousin ordered an iced coffee and You can tell that Gracie put a lot of effort and love into these drinks because they taste very good and have reasonable pricing for the portions. Definitely will be coming back here when I visit again five stars.

Just found this little gem!! Was craving some healthy breakfast options and a google search led me here and I’m so happy it did. The owner is amazing and friendly and helped me pick the Nutella and coconut donuts - DELICIOUS! And they have protein! The coffee was great & had protein as well. Highly recommend checking this place out. Can’t wait to go back and try more!

I came here yesterday for the first time to try the açaí bowl and it was delicious. I’m a huge fan of açaí and there aren’t many local places that sell it in my area. The owner is very personable and friendly and that is a huge plus for me. I enjoyed my bowl this will be my new go to spot, I will be back!
